All sessions are approximately one hour in duration and it is highly recommended that you schedule your own private time after to allow yourself to process and find your feet.

 

Healing will continue for at least 3 days after, so please be gentle with yourself and give yourself the space for the deeper changes to emerge and your body to recalibrate.

 

The investment into your greater wellbeing is $110, this price reflects the use of my own home space, which will be smudged with sage, cleared and blessed before your arrival.
